General FAQs from mindovermetal (UK and outside of UK)
- What payment method can be used at the checkout? At present, only PayPal can be used at the checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can pay as a guest and use your debit/credit card.
- Do you offer any discount on the advanced TRS or the advanced fulvic if I purchase multiple bottles at once? Unfortunately we are unable to provide any discounts on the advanced TRS and the advanced fulvic, the prices are fixed.
- Do you have any involvement in the manufactering of the advanced TRS and the advanced fulvic? No, all manufactering is carried out by Coseva at their location in the USA.
- I did not get emailed my order receipt or order dispatch notification, can you email it to me? Please check your spam folder first because sometimes the emails can be placed in there. If it is not in your spam folder, please contact mindovermetal so the email can be sent to you.
- Where do you get your stock from? We get all of the stock direct from Coseva in the USA, we are an official distributor for Coseva products. All stock is sent sealed and we do not remove any packaging on the bottles or alter the stock in any way.
- How do I know you are an official Coseva distributor? The official mindovermetal Coseva distributor link can be found here: mindovermetal.mycoseva.com/. This link is only given to those who hold a Coseva distributor account. Our Coseva distributor number is 420871.
- How long will it take to receive my order in the UK? We send 1 – 2 bottle orders first class Royal Mail if you choose the free shipping option and the delivery timeframe is 1 – 2 working days. We also send 1 – 2 bottle orders Royal Mail tracked 24 hour if you choose this option at checkout, the delivery timeframe is 1 working day. 3 or more bottle orders are automatically sent tracked special next day delivery guaranteed before 1pm (except Sundays). Please contact mindovermetal if there is a delay.
- Should I contact mindovermetal or Coseva if I have any questions about the Advanced TRS/Advanced Fulvic or for any queries/issues regarding my order? Please contact mindovermetal and not Coseva.
- I have opened the packaging and discovered that a bottle has leaked, how do I get a replacement? If a bottle has leaked please contact mindovermetal as soon as possible. Please do not remove the plastic seal on the bottle, it is important to leave the seal on to show that the bottle has leaked. A photo of the leaked bottle with the plastic seal still on will need to be sent to mindovermetal. Once it has been verified, a replacement bottle will be sent out to you free of charge (includes all of Europe). There is no need to ship the leaked bottle back to mindovermetal. If you have ordered from the mindovermetal Coseva link then you will need to contact Coseva so they can assist you.
- The bottle sprayer will not work properly or will not work at all, how do I get a replacement? If a sprayer is faulty please contact mindovermetal as soon as possible. A new sprayer will be sent out to you free of charge (includes all of Europe). Please keep the bottle and then attach the new sprayer when it arrives. The other option is to use a sprayer from another bottle if you have one. It is advised to keep at least one used advanced TRS bottle.
- Has there been any third party testing carried out on the advanced TRS and the advanced fulvic? Yes there has, please check the resources page.
- Do you dispatch orders the same day I order? We dispatch orders the same day Monday - Friday if orders are made before 4pm.
- I have received the incorrect amount of bottles, how can this be corrected? If you have received fewer bottles than you ordered, we will dispatch the other bottle/s free of charge as soon as possible. If you have received more bottles than you ordered, the other bottle/s will need to be sent back to mindovermetal. Mindovermetal will cover the postage fees and as provide a slight refund.
