All advancedtoxindetox.co.uk payments are made through a safe and secure paypal service. You do not need a paypal account to make payments on the website. No payments are made directly to Coseva, all payments are made directly to mindovermetal Ltd. An invoice will be sent via email to cover any further postage costs for orders outside of the UK and Europe.

Products and delivery
The Advanced TRS is not produced and manufactured by mindovermetal Ltd, it is made only by Coseva. Mindovermetal Ltd has the responsibility of sending the Advanced TRS product out to customers who order from the advancedtoxindetox website and not Coseva. Mindovermetal Ltd holds the responsibility and not Coseva if a product is not delivered on time or not delivered at all. Mindovermetal will also deal with opened and damaged bottles accordingly by providing a new bottle/s to be sent out free of charge. The Advanced TRS will be sent out first class Royal Mail UK (signed and tracked) to the UK and rest of Europe, outside of Europe is also possible but this may include further postal charges. Sales outside of Europe must be agreed with mindovermetal Ltd first before ordering. An invoice will be sent via email for further postage costs. Only once the invoice has been paid can the product be sent out to customers outside of UK and Europe. No country is restricted from ordering the Advanced TRS product.

Returns and refunds
Refunds are only possible if the Advanced TRS product is unopened and unused and it can only be processed within 30 days after ordering. If you want to send the product back for a refund then you will need to cover the postage cost to do so. If the product has been sent to you opened and some of the liquid missing then mindovermetal will cover the delivery cost of sending it back. Refunds are processed via paypal and it can take 5 - 7 working days to appear in your bank account. The refund amount is paid into your paypal account or on to the debit/credit card you used to make the payment.
Advice and guidance
Mindovermetal Ltd holds the responsibility of providing advice and guidance involving the Advanced TRS product and not Coseva. Communication will be via email, phone call or Whatsapp and not via Skype. Mindovermetal Ltd does to do face to face meets or appointments and everything is online based. Mindovermetal Ltd can communicate with all members of the public worldwide and can not restrict anyone from wanting to communicate unless they have been abusive towards employees at mindovermetal Ltd. Any help regarding health issues may require a more advanced or prolonged form of assistance which mindovermetal Ltd can only fulfill if an appropriate laboratory test has been ordered via the mindovermetal.co.uk website.
